Recruiter – Remote (EST timezone)

About the role

HireUA is looking for a proactive Recruiter to join its internal team. Working on Eastern Standard Time with flexible hours, you will help source and place talent for a variety of remote positions while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates for multiple remote roles using LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Review inbound applications, conduct screening interviews, and evaluate fit.
• Maintain consistent follow‑ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate availability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand hiring needs.
• Manage several open positions simultaneously, prioritising tasks effectively.
• Deliver a professional and positive experience from first contact to placement.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, people, and organizational skills.
• Highly responsive, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Proactive attitude with good judgment and common sense.
• Willingness to learn quickly, accept feedback, and adapt in a fast‑paced remote environment.
