About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Category Manager to join our team, responsible for the sourcing, procurement, and management of temporary labor across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The role is pivotal in optimizing the regional temporary‑labor supply base and ensuring a reliable, high‑performing, compliant, and cost‑effective supplier network.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, plan and implement sourcing strategies for temporary labor aligned with global category objectives, focusing on EMEA markets.
- Lead end‑to‑end procurement processes, including supplier identification, negotiation, contract management and commercial agreements.
- Ensure all sourcing activities comply with local labour laws, immigration requirements and other regulatory restrictions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with staffing suppliers and agencies, regularly evaluating performance and reliability.
- Identify risks, implement business‑continuity measures and drive cost‑efficiency, workforce quality and process reliability initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in temporary‑labor category management or strategic sourcing across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
- In‑depth knowledge of legislative restrictions, labour laws and compliance requirements for temporary staffing in the target regions.
- Strong negotiation, contract management and supplier‑relationship skills with a focus on high‑performing supply bases.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with high accountability in a fast‑paced multinational environment.
