Payroll Implementation Manager

About the role

Deel is looking for a Payroll Implementation Manager to lead the end‑to‑end rollout of payroll solutions for its clients in Slovakia. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate data migration, system configuration, and a smooth transition for each client.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate kickoff meetings with onboarding teams and clients to define project scope.
• Create, maintain, and manage detailed project plans for payroll implementations.
• Oversee data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Configure payroll systems to meet client requirements and local regulations.
• Facilitate client training and provide ongoing support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Conduct internal and external project review calls, tracking progress and addressing issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing payroll or HR system implementations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and compliance.
