About the role

We are looking for a motivated sales representative to develop regional advertising for local businesses in the Trenčín region. The role involves acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships, and selling advertising space in traditional regional newspapers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new business opportunities within the region.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with existing customers.
• Consult and sell advertising space in popular regional newspapers.
• Prepare customized offers, calculate pricing, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Monitor market competition and propose ideas to improve sales performance.
• Record activities and maintain data in the internal CRM system.

Required profile

• Commercial mindset with experience in sales, advertising or marketing (experience is a plus, not mandatory).
• Strong communication skills, quick thinking and professional presentation.
• Result‑oriented, goal‑driven personality with a sense of fairness.
• Good knowledge of the Trenčín region and its business environment.
• Valid driver’s licence (category B) and willingness to use a car daily.
