Director, Front Office – Sales Enablement Portfolio

About the role

Kyndryl is seeking a dynamic Director to lead its Front Office Sales Enablement team in Slovakia. The role drives end‑to‑end GTM lifecycle activities, including lead and opportunity management, qualification and forecasting, while owning transformation outcomes that impact seller productivity, pipeline and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Enablement technology portfolio aligned to business value outcomes.
• Drive large‑scale transformation of Sales Enablement capabilities across process, tooling and operating model.
• Establish portfolio governance, prioritisation frameworks and investment decisions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (GTM, Sales, Delivery, HR, Legal, etc.) to ensure seamless execution.
• Partner with CIO, GTM leadership and other senior leaders to align priorities and outcomes.
• Track technology trends and competitor offerings to inform portfolio strategy.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in portfolio management within a front‑office or client‑facing environment.
• Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder‑partnering skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and commercial acumen (pipeline/sales metrics).
• Experience leading large‑scale transformation programmes in fast‑moving environments.
