Brand Specialist – Hematology/Oncology

About the role

The Brand Specialist for Hematology/Oncology will drive sales and build strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists and hospital administrators across assigned hospitals and outpatient services in Slovakia. You will support the Therapy Area Manager in market analysis, promotional planning and team capability development.

Key responsibilities

• Promote assigned Janssen oncology brands to key opinion leaders (KOLs) and local opinion leaders (OLs), delivering product knowledge and competitive insights.
• Coordinate sales promotional activities, analyze customer interaction data and suggest communication improvements to boost sales performance.
• Assist the Therapy Area Manager in adapting central marketing materials and guiding local agencies to ensure alignment with product strategy.
• Maintain up‑to‑date CRM records, manage national business dynamics and support cross‑functional teams in account planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a track record in key account management.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and ethical business standards.
• Team player able to collaborate across multi‑functional groups and handle multiple tasks.

What we offer

• Base salary range €32,700 – €53,360 per year, plus annual bonus and potential commissions.
