Junior ServiceNow Developer (Student Contract)

About the role

Join an agile team that is modernising a high‑volume ServiceNow platform for a leading health‑technology organisation. As a Junior ServiceNow Developer you will gain hands‑on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules while supporting the delivery of high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate within an agile development team to deliver ServiceNow solutions.
• Assist experienced developers and architects in designing, configuring and developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Participate in code reviews, testing activities and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of platform practices and ensure compliance with quality, information‑security and data‑privacy standards.
• Develop technical skills and pursue ServiceNow certifications.

Required profile

• University degree or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Informatics or a related field.
• Self‑driven, proactive and passionate about innovation and service excellence.
• Strong willingness to learn, good communication in English and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.).
• Understanding of software development fundamentals.
• Exposure to ServiceNow through academic projects, internships, the Summer Development Academy or personal learning.
