IT Solutions Analyst – 1st Line Support & SAP

About the role

DP World is expanding its operations in Topolcany and seeks a proactive IT Solutions Analyst to ensure smooth system operations, high‑quality data integrity, and effective collaboration between IT, operations, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st‑line support for all IT hardware and SAP‑related issues, coordinating with third‑party support when required.
• Deliver desktop application support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of common software such as MS Office.
• Maintain and configure production system data, supporting inputs/outputs for BI tools, dashboards, and local applications.
• Manage and resolve IT support tickets daily, working with internal teams and external customer support.
• Maintain accurate asset records in the site inventory and central CMDB.
• Create and update user documentation, Knowledge Base articles, and process instructions.
• Conduct IT and SAP training sessions to improve end‑user adoption.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of IT fundamentals supported by relevant education or equivalent experience.
• Hands‑on experience with hardware support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals (break/fix, drivers, troubleshooting).
• Good knowledge of Windows OS platforms (Windows 7/10/11) and basic enterprise administration.
• Previous exposure to ERP/MRP/WMS systems; SAP experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build long‑term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Slovak, both written and spoken.
