M365 Security and Identity Specialist

About the role

Accenture is looking for a skilled M365 Security and Identity Specialist to provide expert advisory services to clients. The role focuses on Microsoft 365 Security, Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, helping teams strengthen identity protection, access governance and authentication.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customer teams on Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, identity security and access governance.
• Design and troubleshoot authentication solutions including cloud authentication, federation, SSO, OAuth, SAML, Kerberos and passkeys.
• Configure Conditional Access, MFA, risk‑based policies, Self‑Service Password Reset and Entra Password Protection.
• Manage hybrid identity environments, device registration, account synchronization, Entra ID Connect and Entra Cloud Sync.
• Implement identity governance through Privileged Identity Management, access reviews, compliance audits and Entra ID Protection.
• Deliver structured assessments, workshops and onboarding engagements using Microsoft Graph API.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and identity security solutions.
• Proven experience managing hybrid and cloud identity environments, including Entra ID Connect and Cloud Sync.
• Strong knowledge of authentication technologies such as MFA, Conditional Access, federation, SSO, OAuth, SAML and Kerberos.
• Solid understanding of Entra ID Governance, Identity Protection, Privileged Identity Management and access reviews.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field.
• English language proficiency at Upper‑intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1) level.
