HR Assistant – Student Internship (International Recruitment)

About the role

Join the HR team at Kanadevia Inova as a Student Assistant and support recruitment activities across several European and international locations. This position offers hands‑on experience in HR coordination while you continue your studies.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones.
• Maintain candidate records, update statuses, and ensure data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Collect, organise, and analyse recruitment statistics for regular and ad‑hoc reporting.
• Prepare and distribute HR reports to internal stakeholders.
• Communicate interview logistics professionally with candidates and internal teams.
• Assist with global mobility processes and general HR administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data and basic reporting tools.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across different time zones.
• Interest in HR, recruitment, or international business.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (basic reporting and data handling).
