Global Quality Expert

About the role

The Global Quality Expert will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of world‑class quality practices across Inalfa Roof Systems’ pre‑development, project development and operational sites. You will ensure global alignment of quality objectives, support strategic initiatives, and drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and deploy global quality standards, procedures and best practices.
• Define, monitor and drive global quality KPIs and performance metrics.
• Analyze quality trends and lead corrective and preventive improvement initiatives.
• Deploy and standardise Quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plan, 8D) across the organisation.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, reporting solutions and quality analytics.
• Support digitalisation and data‑driven decision making within the quality function.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Customer/Supplier Quality teams worldwide.
• Lead high‑impact Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) analyses, warranty and customer claim resolutions.
• Facilitate best‑practice sharing and knowledge transfer across regions and sites.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of automotive quality management systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA standards).
• Proven experience with audit management, root‑cause analysis and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders globally and manage complex projects.
• Strategic thinking with solid business acumen.
