CAD Engineer – Automotive Roof Systems

About the role

Join Inalfa Roof Systems as a CAD Engineer and contribute to the development of innovative roof systems for future automotive models. You will work closely with senior designers and lead engineers to create high‑quality 3D and 2D models that meet customer specifications and production capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute 3D and 2D CAD product developments under guidance from senior staff.
• Create and modify moderately complex, advanced parametric models using available documentation.
• Produce technical resolutions for specific problems while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and supplier capabilities.
• Deliver all technical outputs in line with internal and external project gateways.
• Support project timelines for the development of 3D and 2D models.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering.
• 5–6 years of professional experience in CAD engineering.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stress‑resistant abilities.
• Proficient computer skills and fluent English communication.
• Ambitious to grow within the automotive industry.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CATIA V5 (or alternatives such as Pro‑E or Siemens NX).
• Advanced 3D and 2D modeling and parametric design.
• Knowledge of production techniques suitable for serial production.
