Finance & Planning Manager (FP&A)

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Finance & Planning Manager and lead the financial integrity and performance of a specific business scope. You will work closely with senior leaders to collect data, verify assumptions, and support strategic decision‑making across finance planning, forecasting and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the finance planning and performance management process, including strategic plan and annual forecasting.
• Own data collection, ensure data integrity and produce accurate financial reports.
• Maintain strong controls and compliance with corporate policies.
• Provide financial analysis, modeling and decision support for the assigned region, business unit or supply chain.
• Lead improvement projects to increase efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
• Support the development of the finance team and contribute to the local FP&A talent pipeline.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning, performance management and reporting within a consumer packaged goods or similar environment.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
• Leadership abilities with experience in business partnering and stakeholder communication.
• Growth mindset with a focus on leveraging technology for efficiency.
• High integrity and sound judgement aligned with corporate values and regulations.
