Category Manager – Logistics Procurement

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Category Manager to lead logistics procurement across our global operations. In this position you will shape sourcing strategy, manage the full RFx cycle and act as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and contracting for logistics‑related categories.
• Own the end‑to‑end RFx process, from supplier evaluation through negotiation and contract execution.
• Drive procurement initiatives that align with business objectives and compliance standards.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams such as Legal, Finance, Operations and Business units.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to support operational needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor’s level or equivalent).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Strong experience in logistics procurement, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
