Automation Intern – Hybrid (2 days onsite)

About the role

Join Hewlett Packard Enterprise as an Automation Intern in Bratislava. This 12‑month hybrid internship combines classroom learning with real‑world supply‑chain projects, giving you hands‑on experience in inventory analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support supply‑chain processes such as inventory analysis and order fulfilment for regional or global business units.
• Produce reports using IT systems, analyse data to identify supply and demand trends, and present findings to management.
• Analyze backlog management and collaborate with planning teams to enhance current processes.
• Review performance metrics regularly, spotting opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate requirements and guidelines to regional and global planning teams.

Required profile

• Full‑time student enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in Logistics, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Slovak.
• Strong analytical abilities and organizational, time‑management, and planning skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel.
• Ability to work effectively within a virtual, cross‑cultural team.
