Supply Network Planner

About the role

The Supply Network Planner manages the entire product portfolio and oversees the full order management cycle, including master data maintenance, order entry, invoicing, and inventory management while meeting internal and external requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and tactical problem‑solving.
• Collaborate with customers and manufacturing sites to ensure on‑time product delivery and inventory replenishment.
• Maintain accurate supply network planning master data and transactional data such as forecasts, sales orders, purchase orders, and stock status.
• Execute end‑to‑end order management and act as a backup for team members.
• Support monthly IBP Demand Review and improve supply chain performance metrics (OTIF‑D, SLOB, inventory turnover).

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in demand planning, supply planning, supply‑chain operations or inventory management.
• Background in an international, cross‑functional, highly regulated environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and cultural awareness skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, SAP, OMP, Tableau, Anaplan and other planning systems.
