Business Analyst – BPM & Digital Solutions

About the role

PwC's Advanced Technology Solutions team works on business process management, low-code platforms, automation, robotics, software delivery and AI. It is looking for a Business Analyst in Bratislava to join its team, which supports clients in automating processes and transforming workflows, mainly on Appian and Pega. The role runs from early discovery and workshops through requirements, testing, demos and rollout, and offers exposure to consulting, UX/UI, delivery support and project management.

Key responsibilities

• Work with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and process challenges
• Lead or support workshops, interviews and discovery sessions
• Analyse and document as-is and to-be processes
• Prepare requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and functional documentation
• Support workflow, low-code and process automation projects with delivery teams
• Stay involved through the full lifecycle, including testing, demos and solution presentation
• Prepare process flows, presentations, mockups and other supporting materials
• Work across multiple projects in an international consulting environment

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Management or a similar role
• Strong understanding of process mapping, process improvement and requirements gathering
• Experience with as-is / to-be analysis and end-to-end workflow documentation
• Confidence in client-facing communication and workshop facilitation
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly to business audiences
• Experience working with developers, architects, QA or project teams
• Good written and spoken English

Nice to have

• Experience with Appian, Pega or other BPM / low-code / workflow platforms
• Exposure to UX/UI, wireframing, mockups or Figma
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira or Azure DevOps
• Testing or UAT support experience and German language skills
