Bilingual Customer Service Agent (Spanish/English)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Agent who is fluent in Spanish and English to manage inbound enquiries, process orders, and support the end‑to‑end sales cycle. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth order handling, payment follow‑up, and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service from enquiry through order creation, invoicing and payment confirmation.
• Register and maintain customer data, handle purchase orders, and generate sales orders.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to communicate pricing, agreements and incoterms.
• Negotiate delivery dates with factories and coordinate shipping instructions with logistics specialists.
• Perform financial follow‑up, including debt collection and monitoring overdue balances.
• Register warranty claims and act as the main contact throughout the claim process.
• Support internal orders for other departments and provide backup during absences or high workload periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong attention to detail and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (intermediate level).
