Regional Account Manager – Technical Sales Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to develop SWEP’s business in Western Slovakia. You will turn technical challenges into commercial opportunities, working with OEMs, manufacturers, distributors and industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and proactively approach new customers.
• Understand customer applications, technical challenges and co‑create solutions with SWEP’s technical specialists.
• Manage the sales process from first contact through negotiation and closing.
• Grow existing accounts while actively developing new ones and visit customers regularly across the territory.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical B2B sales, sales engineering or business development.
• Hunter mentality with a track record of acquiring new customers.
• Experience working with OEMs, industrial customers or distributors.
• Fluent Slovak and strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Western Slovakia.

Required skills

• Knowledge of technical products in pumps, compressors, filtration, refrigeration, cooling systems or related industrial equipment.
• Ability to discuss solutions with engineers and technical decision‑makers.
