About the role

You will act as a specialist partner for our customers, mainly developers, architects and general contractors, helping to improve people transport in modern buildings.

Key responsibilities

Design optimal solutions together with developers, architects and co‑owners.
Participate in the modernization of commercial buildings such as hotels, offices and shopping centres.
Review contracts, draft contractual terms and incorporate commercial and payment conditions.
Negotiate with general contractors.
Manage the sales process from initiation to closure.
Collaborate with the technical department to create customer‑specific proposals.
Identify new business opportunities and pursue continuous professional growth.
