Associate Business Analyst – Client Data Management

About the role

The Client Data Management (CDM) team, part of Business Excellence within Life & Health Reinsurance, acquires and ingests client data systematically through its systems and uses advanced analytics to turn it into actionable insights. As an Associate Business Analyst you will help analyse how client files are transmitted and automate their acquisition. This is a temporary role of 2 years.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client file transmission methods (email, client websites, secured channels, etc.) and understand the patterns in which client files are shared with Swiss Re.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate data acquisition processes.
• Monitor daily data acquisition operations, troubleshoot data processing scripts and optimise existing automation to improve performance, reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to support data acquisition and onboarding activities.

Required profile

• Analytical thinking and a genuine interest in information systems, reports and data.
• A pragmatic attitude to problem solving.
• Meeting 100% of the requirements is not expected; candidates who meet some of the criteria are welcome.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Python programming.

What we offer

• Base salary in Slovakia of EUR 1,600 to 2,600 per month for a full-time role, depending on requirements, scope, complexity, qualifications, expertise and experience.
