Accounting Specialist

About the role

The Accounting Specialist will manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support compliance with local statutory requirements. This position provides reliable financial data to headquarters and collaborates with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Record and manage company expenses in the ERP system.
• Review supplier invoices and arrange accurate, timely payments.
• Issue invoices to customers and maintain billing records.
• Prepare regular reports (TT system, expense analysis, financial statements) and submit them to HQ.
• Handle VAT reporting and refunds, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Support statutory reporting and liaise with government authorities or auditors.
• Maintain HR documents, track attendance, and calculate payroll.
• Assist in factory setup and other ad‑hoc projects assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting or tax‑related position.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High integrity and commitment to compliance.
• Ability to work independently while supporting cross‑functional collaboration.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with HQ, auditors, and local authorities.
