Accounting Specialist

About the role

The Accounting Specialist will manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting and support compliance with local statutory requirements. You will act as a key liaison between the local site and headquarters, providing reliable financial data for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Record and manage company expenses in the ERP system.
• Review supplier invoices and arrange timely payments.
• Issue customer invoices and maintain billing records.
• Prepare regular reports (TT system, expense analysis, financial statements) for HQ.
• Handle VAT reporting, refunds and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Support statutory reporting and coordinate with government authorities or auditors.
• Maintain HR documents, track attendance and calculate payroll.
• Assist in factory setup and other ad‑hoc projects assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or tax‑related positions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and high‑integrity mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.
• Proficiency in English; Chinese is a plus.
