Talent Acquisition Specialist – Maternity Cover

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to cover a maternity leave within our KONE Business Services unit. Based in Bratislava, you will support recruitment for the Eastern Europe & Mediterranean region and collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to deliver high‑quality hiring solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of positions across the region.
• Identify and apply effective sourcing strategies and tools.
• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate journey.
• Build talent pools for future critical roles.
• Utilise recruitment platforms such as Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as social media.
• Cooperate with universities and support internship and trainee programmes.
• Participate in talent acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in sourcing, screening and end‑to‑end recruitment.
• Strong command of English and Slovak; Croatian is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with data‑informed decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self‑motivated, independent and customer‑focused.
• Previous experience in SSC/BPO recruitment or university collaborations is advantageous.
