Talent Acquisition Administrator – Slovak & Hungarian Speaking

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Administrator you will support Mondelēz International Digital Services by coordinating service operations, ensuring processes are followed and documented, and delivering high‑quality support to internal clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review incoming requests, coordinate activities and communicate progress to clients.
• Schedule meetings and ensure service quality is maintained.
• Write and maintain technical documentation and manage filing and storage of records.
• Guarantee compliance with data‑privacy and legal requirements.
• Initiate and follow up on tasks with third‑party vendors.
• Ensure data accuracy and timeliness, produce and analyse reports.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and act on them.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Hungarian and Slovak or Czech.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with solid administrative experience.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Experience using a case‑management system and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• MS Office, especially Excel.
• Technical writing.
• Case‑management system usage.
