Senior Cornerstone Technical Expert

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Cornerstone Technical Expert to lead the configuration, implementation, and optimisation of Cornerstone Learning and Talent Management solutions across a large, multinational organisation. The role acts as the primary technical and functional partner for HR, IT and external vendors, ensuring robust system design, seamless integrations and successful platform adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the subject‑matter expert for Cornerstone Learning and Talent Management modules, designing solutions that align with global HR processes and best practices.
• Configure and maintain Cornerstone workflows, security roles, reporting, and user experience.
• Support system integrations and data migration, collaborating with IT teams and external vendors while identifying risks and proposing pragmatic solutions.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios, validating configurations, resolving defects and providing post‑implementation support.
• Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation, including configuration guides and support materials.
• Contribute to change‑management activities, training content and knowledge transfer to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience as a Cornerstone technical/functional expert in global HR system implementations.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, data models and system integrations.
• Experience working in multinational, multi‑country environments with complex roll‑outs or consolidations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• Relevant Cornerstone certifications are highly desirable.
