About the role

You will join ESET’s Global People / Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team, supporting recruitment for local offices while also contributing to global projects.

Key responsibilities

Sourcing and actively approaching talent through databases, job boards and social media.
Building and maintaining a pipeline of professional contacts.
Conducting cold calls and pre‑screen interviews.
Supporting the full recruitment process: job description creation, advertising, interviewing and coordination.
Administering candidate data in the ATS and assisting senior colleagues.

Required profile

Strong desire to gain new experience and knowledge.
Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
Advanced English (minimum B2) and Slovak language proficiency.

What we offer

Flexible working hours tailored to your study schedule.
Basic wage of 7.50 EUR per hour (gross).
