Organization & People Development Coach (Maternity cover)

About the role

As an Organization & People Development Coach you will lead the growth of individuals and teams, blending coaching with line management and organisational development. You will help 30+ professionals thrive in an AI‑empowered environment while shaping new ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Champion individual growth by supporting 30+ professionals across key people processes, including goal setting, performance management, and career progression.
• Coach with purpose by helping individuals achieve their specific goals and overcome personal development obstacles.
• Build capability by enabling people and teams to develop skills and behaviours that drive progress.
• Shape organisational processes by designing and evolving frameworks that support new ways of working, team effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
• Lead key people processes across the organisation, including recruiting, talent reviews, and performance management, ensuring consistency, transparency, fairness, and strategic insight.
• Cultivate a feedback culture by aligning HR practices within teams and promoting open, constructive dialogue.
• Drive organisational initiatives such as employee engagement programmes, resource strategy, and organisational development.
• Partner with Product Owners and Teams to understand development needs of individuals and squads, translating insights into actions.

Required profile

• Coaching expertise with broad experience or recognised certification, applied with skill, sensitivity, and impact.
• Passion for people and organisational development, energised by helping individuals and teams grow.
• Strong interpersonal and cross‑functional skills, able to navigate sensitive topics with professionalism and discretion.
• Experience with team dynamics, creating psychologically safe environments.
• AI literacy and change mindset, confident navigating an AI‑empowered workplace and helping build future‑critical capabilities.
• Relevant domain experience in line management, strategic workforce planning, or agile environments.

What we offer

• Base salary between €3,300 and €5,400 per month (full‑time).
