Performance Marketing Manager – D2C E‑commerce Projects

About the role

Front Row is looking for a hands‑on Performance Marketing Manager to join its growing D2C team in Bratislava. You will own paid‑media campaigns for direct‑to‑consumer e‑commerce brands, driving pipeline revenue and measurable business results across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end client projects, ensuring delivery of quantifiable results.
• Implement and optimise campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, Discovery), Google Merchant Center and Meta paid‑social.
• Oversee media spend for large‑scale, international campaigns, aligning with specific, measurable goals.
• Prepare and present performance reports in PowerPoint, video and other formats to help clients understand results and next steps.
• Analyse new client needs, propose actionable digital‑marketing strategies, and identify growth opportunities for existing accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in paid D2C e‑commerce marketing, preferably within an agency or consultancy.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for client reporting and relationship management.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative and eager to stay up‑to‑date with performance‑marketing trends.
