P&C Services Agent – English & Italian (HR)

About the role

Our international HR services team in Bratislava is looking for a P&C Services Agent who will support branches and employees with HR‑related queries, administrative tasks and daily communication in English and Italian.

Key responsibilities

• Support and advise employees and managers on HR questions, administrative tasks and HR tools.
• Handle requests from employees and managers via email, phone and meetings.
• Provide excellent support for HR processes such as master data and reporting, recruitment, talent management, reward and recognition, and learning & development.

Required profile

• Motivation to learn and work in an HR environment.
• Advanced English language skills for corporate communication.
• Strong customer‑oriented attitude and desire to help people.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Team player who seeks continuous improvement.

Required skills

• MS Office – user level proficiency.
