P&C Services Agent – English & Dutch (HR)

About the role

Join KONE Business Services' international HR team in Bratislava as a P&C Services Agent. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, handling HR‑related queries and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily support and advice to employees and managers on HR topics, tools, and administrative tasks.
• Respond to requests via email, phone, and meetings, maintaining high service standards.
• Assist with core HR processes such as master data management, reporting, recruitment, talent management, reward & recognition, and learning & development.

Required profile

• Motivation to learn and work in an HR environment.
• Strong customer‑oriented attitude with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Team player who seeks continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Advanced English (corporate level) and Dutch (minimum B2).
• MS Office – user‑level proficiency.
