Medior SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant

About the role

Join Accenture’s HR transformation team and work on a modern hybrid HR landscape that combines SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. You will support both implementation and operational activities for core HR processes and help clients migrate to S/4HANA.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and operate SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PY) and SuccessFactors components such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Reporting.
• Analyze business requirements with HR stakeholders across the employee lifecycle.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot payroll processes, data replication, and integration between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
• Participate in HR transformation projects, including SuccessFactors roll‑outs and S/4HANA migrations.
• Prepare documentation, support testing cycles, and deliver end‑user training.
• Identify and drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience with SAP HCM (PA/OM and/or PY) and/or SuccessFactors.
• Hands‑on exposure to SuccessFactors Employee Central.
