Marketing Program Planning Lead

About the role

We are looking for two Marketing Program Planning Leads to design, develop and steer large‑scale, multi‑year marketing programmes that translate Seco’s strategic vision and customer insights into measurable campaigns across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop multi‑year marketing programmes aligned with strategic priorities and audience insights.
• Create detailed briefs and kickoff materials outlining objectives, target segments, milestones and success metrics for the next 12 months.
• Continuously monitor programme progress, incorporate emerging trends and insights, and adjust road‑maps in collaboration with the MS&CI team.
• Embed audience insights and communication needs into long‑term programme roadmaps.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to gather and share insights across insights, brand and product teams.
• Report on programme performance, share learnings and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale, multi‑year marketing programmes linked to long‑term strategic goals.
• Ability to translate strategy into structured, measurable initiatives with clear objectives and metrics.
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills to manage complex, multi‑workstream projects and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Curiosity, adaptability and a pragmatic mindset in dynamic environments.
• Enjoys close collaboration and values listening as much as speaking.
