Marketing Program Planning Lead

About the role

We are looking for two Marketing Program Planning Leads to shape Seco’s global marketing success. In this position you will translate strategic vision and customer insights into large‑scale, multi‑year programs that drive measurable impact across our worldwide markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own multi‑year marketing programs aligned with strategic priorities and market insights.
• Create detailed briefs that define audience segments, key milestones, objectives and success metrics for each program.
• Prepare kickoff materials and roadmaps for the next 12 months, ensuring clear alignment across insights, brand and product teams.
• Continuously monitor program progress, incorporate emerging trends and adjust plans in collaboration with the Market Strategy & Customer Insights (MS&CI) team.
• Embed audience insights and communication needs into long‑term program roadmaps.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to gather and share insights across functions.
• Report on program performance, share learnings and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale, multi‑year marketing programs that support long‑term strategic goals.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into structured, measurable initiatives with clear objectives.
• Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills for managing complex, multi‑workstream projects.
• Capacity to combine strategic depth with pragmatic execution in dynamic environments.
• Curious, adaptable and collaborative mindset, with a focus on continuous learning.
