Marketing Communication Specialist (Maternity Cover)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Communication Specialist to cover a maternity leave. You will manage multiple projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure marketing initiatives run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Design and consult on project scope and deliverables aligned with marketing strategy.
• Co‑write briefs and prepare project documentation.
• Review and challenge inputs, feedback, and creative outputs to meet brief objectives.
• Allocate assignments by discipline and monitor delivery against deadlines and brand guidelines.
• Facilitate effective communication between teams and manage project expectations.
• Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and support change adoption.
• Promote diverse viewpoints and mutual understanding.
• Prioritise tasks according to global marketing priorities and resolve conflicts with supervisors.
• Monitor resource usage (time, budget) and issue purchase orders.
• Work independently on medium to large projects with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (preferred fields: Marketing Communication, Business Administration, Sociology).
• Approximately 5 years of multi‑discipline marketing experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Reader/Acrobat DC.
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Slack, Asana, Easy Projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, organisation and time‑management skills.
• Advanced English (B2) with excellent grammar, vocabulary and reading comprehension.
• Advanced negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
