HR Services Agent (English & French)

About the role

Join KONE's international HR Services team in Bratislava and become the first point of contact for employees and managers across the organization. You will help resolve HR‑related issues, provide administrative support, and ensure a high level of employee satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support and advise employees and managers on a wide range of HR topics and tools.
• Handle requests via email, phone, and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for HR processes such as master data management, reporting, recruitment, talent management, reward & recognition, and learning & development.

Required profile

• Strong motivation to learn and work in an HR environment.
• Advanced English communication skills and French at B2‑C1 level.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Team player who seeks continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (user level).
