HR Operations Specialist – French (EMEA)

About the role

Join the Centralized Advisory team as an HR Operations Specialist supporting managers and employees across EMEA. You will act as a trusted HR partner, providing advice on policies, employee‑life‑cycle matters and HR systems while delivering a high‑quality employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, processes, and system usage.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries via live chat, case‑management tools and Microsoft Teams.
• Support employee‑relations and compliance cases in partnership with HR Business Partners and specialist teams.
• Manage employment documentation and contract activities across multiple countries and language groups.
• Contribute to regional and global HR projects, process improvements and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to continuously improve service delivery and employee experience.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and French (B2/C1 level).
• Experience in HR Operations, advisory, employee relations or shared‑services environments.
• Good understanding of HR policies, employee‑relations and HR processes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and pay close attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
