Recruitment Manager – Lead Talent Acquisition Team

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our consulting team at HEADSCOUT, a top executive search firm operating across Europe, the US, Asia and Africa. The role involves managing international recruitment projects, building client relationships and driving the performance of a team of consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance on candidate search and soft‑skill development.
• Own client assignments, keep recruitment processes moving, and manage communication on open roles, interview scheduling and new assignments.
• Monitor consultant performance, KPIs and project status, and produce regular reporting.
• Develop business by helping win new clients, participating in client meetings and maintaining strong relationships.
• Utilise LinkedIn and other AI‑driven platforms for sourcing and networking.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with a professional, candidate‑first and client‑first approach.
• Proven experience leading people, monitoring team performance and working under pressure.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to take full ownership of international projects and demonstrate high commitment.
• A coaching mindset; Business Coach certification is a plus.
