Employee Relations Investigator – HR Specialist

About the role

Lenovo is seeking an Employee Relations Investigator to join its HR Strategy Operations team. You will work closely with ER partners, legal, compliance and business leaders to handle workplace misconduct investigations and support broader employee‑relations initiatives across a global, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support Employee Relations initiatives in partnership with ER and HR partners, managers and employees.
• Conduct simple to moderate internal investigations into workplace misconduct, following guidance from the ER Partner.
• Develop and facilitate ER‑related training programs.
• Assist ER and HR leaders with workforce realignment and related activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR or Employee Relations with a record of trust, confidentiality and diligence.
• Hands‑on experience conducting internal investigations and advising on ER matters.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills with a data‑driven approach.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and ability to partner with Legal, ER and HR teams.
• Familiarity with policy interpretation and a growth‑oriented mindset.
