Communication Specialist

About the role

Quento Technologies, the ICT services arm of the QUALCO Group, is looking for a motivated Communication Specialist to lead multimedia production and campaign management across its digital and ICT portfolio. You will work closely with internal teams and external contractors to create engaging content that supports the company’s growth and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate audience analysis projects, define objectives, manage timelines, and consolidate feedback for presentation.
• Conceptualize and manage end‑to‑end video productions, including scripting, filming logistics, editing, animation, voice‑overs, subtitles, and accessibility compliance.
• Produce audiovisual and creative assets for social media, digital, website, print, and out‑of‑home channels, handling translations and subtitles as needed.
• Design infographics, leaflets, and visual assets, applying brand guidelines and optimizing for web, social, and print.
• Ensure all communication materials meet accessibility standards (alt text, subtitles, colour contrast, readable formats).
• Plan and execute social media, digital, and OOH advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget recommendations, scheduling, and contractor coordination.
• Implement tracking and analytics, define KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and provide optimization recommendations.
• Manage campaign timelines, milestones, stakeholder communications, and publishing activities.
• Define and maintain website content architecture, taxonomies, editorial standards, and governance workflows.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
