Collaborative L&D Specialist (Remote)

About the role

As a Collaborative L&D Specialist you will own learning projects from start to finish, partnering with stakeholders to uncover real needs and design impactful learning experiences. You will also keep the Thrive learning management system running smoothly, support users, and leverage AI tools to accelerate high‑quality content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders, ask thoughtful questions and shape the right learning solution.
• Design, pilot and continuously improve discovery‑led learning experiences.
• Maintain the Thrive LMS – manage content, support users and report on learning data.
• Integrate AI into the design and delivery workflow while ensuring quality.
• Facilitate learning sessions and contribute to broader L&D initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in L&D, training design, facilitation or related consultancy.
• Curiosity about learning technology and the potential of AI in learning design.
• Strong communication skills – able to build relationships, ask good questions and adapt messaging.
• Proactive attitude, comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership of projects.

Required skills

• Experience with a Learning Management System (Thrive).
• Familiarity with Rise 360 for e‑learning authoring.
• Use of AI tools to support learning design and delivery.
