Change Manager – o9 MEU Demand Planning

About the role

We are looking for a Change Manager to lead the change management and communication activities for the S4/o9 transformation across the Middle East and Africa (MEU) region at Mondelēz International. This 18‑month fixed‑term role will partner with senior leaders to ensure the successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA and o9 Planning solutions within the Demand Planning function.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary change partner for the Demand Planning function, designing and executing change and communication plans aligned with global S4/o9 objectives.
• Conduct Change Impact Assessments by role, define mitigation actions and monitor adoption metrics.
• Own the end‑to‑end functional training journey, including training needs analysis, curriculum development, localization and train‑the‑trainer delivery.
• Coach BU Change Teams, Workstream Leads and Key Users, providing functional expertise and support throughout the project.
• Track and report key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale change programmes in a global corporate environment, preferably within SAP S/4HANA or integrated planning projects.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and build strong cross‑functional relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with a hands‑on approach to both strategic planning and tactical execution.
