Senior Finance Analyst – Polish & FinOps

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our fast‑growing team, supporting Amazon’s operations in Poland. The role focuses on improving finance processes, handling supplier payments, and acting as the primary contact for finance‑related queries.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Amazon suppliers in Poland to resolve payment issues and ensure on‑time payments.
• Serve as the central point of contact for suppliers’ finance questions.
• Work closely with internal Polish departments and global finance teams to guarantee accurate and timely payments.
• Investigate daily finance queries, diagnose root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing existing finance processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Positive attitude toward problem solving.
• Relevant finance background or prior finance experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
