AI Architect

About the role

As an AI Architect at Capco you will help leading financial institutions design and implement agentic AI platforms, turning ambiguous business challenges into concrete architectures, roadmaps and implementation requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Translate functional and non‑functional requirements into scalable, efficient agentic architectures and serve as the bridge between business, IT and management.
• Design safe memory structures, compliant multi‑agent systems, and tool/skill workbenches, and oversee tracing, monitoring and evaluation systems.
• Define AI guardrails and security measures together with risk and compliance teams.
• Produce reusable patterns, reference architectures, accelerators and documentation for use across consulting projects.

Required profile

• Several years of experience delivering AI solutions in the financial sector, preferably in asset management or investment banking.
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Databricks, Copilot Studio and Cowork.
• Proficiency in designing cloud‑based AI solutions and familiarity with Azure environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
