Enterprise Solution Architect (Supply Chain)

About the role

The Enterprise Solution Architect (Supply Chain) will lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end technology solutions that support Takeda’s supply‑chain operations. Working autonomously, you will act as a consultant to senior management, align architecture with business goals, and mentor junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend and advocate target architecture, strategy, vision and processes.
• Evaluate solutions, make buy‑vs‑build decisions and provide early‑phase project estimates.
• Obtain acceptance of high‑level and detailed design documentation through enterprise and peer reviews.
• Create solutions that follow architecture standards, leveraging common services.
• Consult project and support teams on architecture alignment with overall IT strategy.
• Drive technical design and end‑to‑end solution design for assigned initiatives.
• Design reference and application architectures based on business constraints, requirements and dependencies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in solution architecture and middleware integration.
• Strong background in strategic IT planning and technical specification design.
• Demonstrated project leadership and ability to produce technical documentation.
• Expertise in business requirement analysis and aligning IT strategy with business goals.
• Experience evaluating solutions and providing technical consultation.
