Senior SAP EWM Consultant

About the role

Join the global ContiTech Imp@CT SAP transformation program delivered with DXC Technology. As a functional SAP rollout consultant, you will deploy a global template to regional locations, lead Fit‑to‑Template activities, support data preparation and migration, execute testing, work with local key users, and assist with cutover and Hypercare.

Key responsibilities

• Drive template adoption by challenging local custom solutions and aligning users to the global SAP template.
• Rapidly understand each plant’s products, organization, processes, data and interfaces before Fit‑to‑Template workshops.
• Support data cleansing, mapping, validation and migration while ensuring high data accuracy.
• Coordinate cross‑functional integration issues across multiple SAP streams and interfaces.
• Execute functional testing and help key users identify, document and resolve defects during SIT and UAT.
• Support migration validation, issue resolution and Hypercare activities during cut‑over and go‑live.
• Work daily with rollout teams, key users, core experts and offshore resources across countries and time zones.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of SAP project experience in SAP EWM/WM/Stock Room Management.
• Experience with both S/4HANA embedded and decentralized warehouse scenarios on SAP EWM.
• Strong background in inbound, outbound and internal warehouse processes.
• Hands‑on experience integrating SAP with mobile devices.
• Knowledge of Material Flow Systems (MFS) and warehouse automation (value add).
• Deep integration experience with SAP MM, SD, PP and TM modules.
• Experience with 3PL warehouse scenarios.
• At least two SAP S/4HANA rollouts, including Fit‑to‑Template phases.
• Proficiency in data migration using standard SAP toolsets for master and transaction data.
• Excellent communication and assertiveness as a “Template Defender”.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time (10‑12 weeks over a 6‑9 month rollout).
