uCMDB Support Engineer (m/f/d)

About the role

Operational Services GmbH, part of Deutsche Telekom Systems Solutions Slovakia, is looking for a uCMDB Support Engineer in Košice. You will provide 2nd and 3rd level support for the uCMDB during business hours (08:00–16:00), with no on-call duty required, in an English and German-speaking team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for uCMDB during business hours (08:00–16:00), with no on-call duty.
• Support daily application operations and ensure stable service delivery.
• Provide basic support for interfaces and integrations connected to the uCMDB environment.
• Coordinate technical issues, incidents and requirements with the software vendor.
• Assist in troubleshooting, issue resolution and operational maintenance.

Required profile

• Experience in uCMDB support and/or application operations.
• Understanding of application support processes and basic integration support.
• Strong communication skills, proactive and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• English or German.
• Nice to have: ITSM experience, knowledge of CMDB concepts and configuration management, and experience with enterprise applications and support organizations.
