Technician – Wire Harness Assembly

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Technician role is based in Zemianske Podhradie. The Technician will perform assembly, installation, and testing of wire harnesses, connectors, and related components, following technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and test wire harnesses, connectors, and related components according to technical drawings and work instructions.
• Operate production and testing equipment and conduct visual and functional inspections.
• Document test results, report any quality or delivery issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to troubleshoot technical problems and maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Participate in preventive maintenance activities and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Technical skills in mechanical or electrical assembly, including reading basic technical drawings and using hand tools and measurement devices.
• Experience with production or manufacturing processes such as component installation, quality checks, and equipment operation.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, and adherence to quality standards.
• Problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks safely.
• Basic computer skills for recording data and following digital work instructions.
• Relevant vocational or technical education in electronics, mechanics, or a related field; prior experience in cable, connector, or harness assembly is an advantage.
