Technician ISC Level 3 (m/f/d) – Injection Molding

About the role

The Technician ISC Level 3 is responsible for the operation, maintenance and optimisation of injection‑moulding equipment used to produce plastic components. Working on DEMAG, SUMITOMO and ENGEL Whittmann machines, the role ensures smooth production runs, high quality output and compliance with safety and 5S standards.

Key responsibilities

• Replace and set up moulds for plastic component production on a regular basis.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of injection moulds during shifts.
• Set, monitor and adjust technological parameters on DEMAG, SUMITOMO and ENGEL Whittmann injection moulding machines.
• Start production cycles according to defined parameters and supervise the first pieces together with the quality auditor.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with other departments and supervisors.
• Continuously optimise work processes and adhere to internal directives, procedures and legislation.
• Maintain workplace order and cleanliness following the 5S methodology.
• Report results and participate in Tier‑structured reporting as required.
