Quality Engineer – Process & Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our production team and ensure that all processes meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with production, suppliers and customers to resolve issues, drive continuous improvement and support the company’s quality objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare 8D reports as part of complaint resolution procedures.
• Conduct process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Resolve technical and process issues on the assigned production line.
• Create and manage management system documentation.
• Provide technical support to other departments.
• Ensure the company meets its quality objectives.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers to resolve quality issues.
• Evaluate measurement and test results and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of English and/or German.
• Basic knowledge of statistics.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 requirements (a plus).
• ISO 9001/14001 internal auditor certification (a plus).
